Senior Product Manager - Subscriptions (Premium Desirability)

This role focuses on the awareness, acquisition, and activation layers of the Subscriptions Mission, making Premium feel unmissable to free users long before a purchase decision.

You'll own the strategy for how users discover, understand, and develop intent for Premium value, partnering closely with product, design, engineering, research, marketing, and data science to shape the moments, surfaces, and experiences that drive consideration across markets and segments. What You Will Do • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Premium awareness, acquisition, and activation, helping more listeners discover its value and take the next step toward subscribing. • Lead the discovery, development, and launch of consumer-facing product experiences, from early ideas and testing through to global rollout.
