COM. The Opportunity Join our Back Office Reporting team at Workhuman, supporting Finance and Operations with trusted data, reporting and analytical solutions. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will take a hands-on role across data modelling, analysis, reporting and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysis, Business Analytics, Data Platform and Architecture teams to translate business needs into well-designed datasets, reports, dashboards and analytical solutions that are reliable, performant, consistent with architectural guidelines and easy to use.

You will have ownership of solution design and delivery, helping to shape how Finance and Operations use data. This includes simplifying existing reporting, automating manual analysis and reconciliation, improving measures and KPIs, and identifying opportunities to deliver more actionable insights. We are also looking for someone who is curious about emerging technologies and comfortable using AI-assisted tools as part of day-to-day analytical work, including SQL development, data investigation, testing, documentation and workflow automation.
