About the role
We pull medical technology from the future to solve human health. Scarlet is authorised to assess and certify medical devices. We combine clinical, technical and regulatory expertise with AI agents and software so rigorous certification can keep pace with product development at the world’s most ambitious technology companies, without lowering the safety bar.
Our customers have cut a year or more from their certification timelines for new AI-enabled medical devices and shortened product-update cycles from months to weeks. You’ll join a team building the infrastructure that makes these outcomes repeatable at scale. About the role As a Product Manager at Scarlet, you will own a meaningful product area end to end.
You will develop a deep understanding of the people and problems within it, set a clear direction, decide what matters most, and work with product design and engineering to deliver measurable improvements. You will sit close to regulatory experts, account managers and customers in our London office. Their expertise will give you rich signals, but not a ready-made roadmap. Your job is to turn those signals into a coherent product strategy, make trade-offs openly and ensure what we build improves both the quality and speed of certification. You will have substantial autonomy. We will trust you to form a point of view, test it against evidence and change course when the evidence changes.
