About the role
Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world.
If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! We're looking for a technically-minded product designer who is excited to shape how design, code, and AI-powered workflows come together at Figma. In this role, you'll improve how Figma understands production code and design systems, design workflows that move from design to code and back again, and extend Figma's agentic capabilities into developer tools and the places teams already work.
You'll turn ambiguity into clarity alongside engineers, PMs, and researchers, bringing simplicity and craft to complex technical problems as we help define the future of how software is made. This is a full-time role that can be held from our London hub or remotely within the UK.
