About our Driving Product Team The Driving Product team owns Wayve's core end to end driving model, the algorithm that directly shapes how our vehicles behave on the road. This model already underpins production agreements with Nissan and Mercedes, with further OEM partnerships in the works, so the team's output is tied directly to Wayve's near term commercial milestones.
The team is highly iterative: it looks at the top issues we see on the road, root causes them, and drives them out through data, model and evaluation changes, working closely with other teams across the business to resolve issues that span the model and vehicle interface.
